超脱在这污泥秽水之上
Detach on the sludge and dirty water
亭亭玉立，如画如梦
Slim and graceful, picturesque, like a dream
好像是仙的寄托所
As is the anchorage of fairies(fairies of sustenance)

多么令人敬仰，多么使人神往
How respected,how longing(How admirable,how fascinating)
仿佛让风神也不肯再奔波、流浪于四方
As if let the wind god would never(also refused to) rush about, wandering about
